The Hospital Group of the Statutory Accident Insurance (BG Hospitals) is organized according to the principle of self-administration. As in every other institution of the Statutory Accident Insurance in Germany, it is managed by representatives of employers and insured persons. Employers and insured persons make up the members of the general committee in equal shares, as well as the eight-headed executive board, which in turn elects the management.
The medical advisory board is responsible for medical issues. Various business divisions take care of central services for the clinics and promote the Hospital Group’s development.
